If you had set up a username and password before then, you will need to follow the first-time login instructions to gain access to the current alumni site.


Q: How do I join the online Alumni Community? [return to top]

A: As a graduate of Exeter, you automatically receive access to the online alumni directory. You will need to follow the registration process in order to access the alumni website.

1) Use your name to look up your account

2) Select your account.

3) Enter your unique Login ID from an email from Exeter inviting you to the site. If you don't have a Login ID, please email issupport@exeter.edu or call 603-777-3418 for assistance.

4) Once you've entered the correct Login ID, you'll be able to access the site, edit your profile information and search the alumni directory.

A:  You can change your password in the Account Information section, which can be found on your personal profile page.

A: You can reset your password using your preferred Exeter email address.



Q:  How do I change the email address that Exeter has on file? [return to top]

A: Log in to your account via the link at the top of this page, then visit your personal profile page. You can update your email address — or any contact information — by selecting "edit" within Member Information.

You can also send any new contact information to records@exeter.edu and we will update our database for you.

A: Log in to your account via the link at the top of this page, then visit your personal profile page. You can update your email address — or any contact information — by selecting "edit" within the corresponding section of your profile.

Q: How do I prevent contact information from displaying in the alumni directory? [return to top]


A: Select "edit" on a section of your personal profile. Use the Show/Hide toggle switch to display, or hide, information from appearing to other alumni.

You can see how your profile appears to other alumni by using the Community Profile feature.



Q: How do I specify what types of emails I receive from Exeter? [return to top]


A: You can change your preferences in the Account Information section, which can be found on your personal profile page.



Q: How do I find contact information for a classmate or friend? [return to top]


 A: You can search for them in the online directory. Log in at the top of the page, select the Directory menu and then Search the Alumni Directory.

You can search for alumni by name, class year and dorm. You can also use the Advanced Search to access a broader range of search categories, including city, state, country, employer and more.



Q: How do I report a birth, marriage or death to Exeter? [return to top]


A: Email records@exeter.edu with any information on members of the Exeter community.
